Responsibilities: Conducting User research with quantitative & qualitative data analysis, Strategizing the overall User Experience (UX), Defining user interactions & Flows along with User Interface (UI) design.
Key Accomplishments:
- Crafting a user feedback questionnaire to evaluate user satisfaction and experiences with the TurvoTMS product. Formulating job stories, user stories, and personas for different capabilities on the Turvoplatform.
- Understanding personas for users of TurvoTMS, their jobs to be done, primary tasks, and mapping their journey.
- Developing a strategy to monitor, capture, and analyze user event data points daily and monthly using the Mixpaneltool to derive meaningful insights.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for analyzing the daily and monthly usage of different capabilities and functionalities across the TurvoTMS platform.
- Creating task flows for the TurvoData Importer (TDI) feature, enabling users to effortlessly bulk upload data into the Turvoplatform using CSV files.
- Contributed to the development of the Turvo Internationalization feature, focusing on providing global transportation and logistics operational capabilities. This includes facilitating multilingual communications, handling multiple currency transactions, managing various time zones, and overseeing cross-border export/import operations in alignment with international trade treaties
