We build scalable long-term solutions that provide transparency into financial business insights while ensuring the highest standards of data quality, consistency, and security.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end design ownership at AWS FinTech played a critical role in shaping the product vision, mission, and user satisfaction by integrating user-centered design and research across all stages, including discovery, design, testing, and validation, guided by clear strategic roadmaps and goals, and enabled through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, product management, design, customer-facing, and marketing teams.
Accomplishments:
-Led end-to-end UX research, including survey design, quantitative analysis (CSAT, CES, and NPS), and qualitative research (thematic analysis), and directed UX audits with usability evaluations to deliver actionable insights for enhancing the overall user experience.
-Designed information architecture, UI wireframes, design specifications & definitions, personas, user story, and journey maps, while leading both formative and summative usability testing to resolve UI issues through task performance analysis and A/B testing ensuring optimal UI decisions.
-Developed CXO (Customer experience outcome) and JTBD (Job to be done) frameworks to enhance product development and customer satisfaction (TX-Total Experience), improving financial processes, forecasting, and decision-making efficiency by up to 50% across 20 AWS Fintech products and services.
-Prepared market analysis reports on financial technology trends, highlighting insights and opportunities for improving processes and decision making in financial services. Additionally,Prepared UX audit reports with usability analysis and recommendations.
-Scaled design operations by driving workshops, design decisions, mentoring UX talent, establishing research frameworks, and leading high impact projects.
